Review app permissions from time to time

It is easy to forget which permissions an app requested when you installed it. Location, camera, microphone, and contact access determine what information an app can reach.

A short checklist

Open app permissions in your phone settings. Does an app need your location all the time, or only while you use it? Does a flashlight app need your contacts?

Turn off access that does not fit the app’s purpose. If a feature stops working, you can grant access again when needed. Menu names vary by phone and operating system version.
